What I do
AI adoption audit
A week embedded in your firm. I sit in the room, run open desk hours for whatever anyone brings me — Word, Outlook, PDFs, formatting, the things nobody logs a ticket for — and watch how the work actually moves. You get a written process map with time estimates and three costed automation candidates. Training happens at the end, built from what I saw, not from a generic slide deck.

The method · Five days
The direct question — “what are your pain points?” — doesn’t work. People describe their job, not their friction. So I don’t ask it. I sit where the work happens and watch for a week.
- Mon
- Open desk. I fix whatever anyone brings me. This is reconnaissance dressed as IT support, and it’s the fastest way to see what actually slows people down.
- Tue
- Booked one-on-ones. Fifteen minutes each, about last week specifically: what you did more than three times, what you put off until Friday, what you don’t bill for.
- Wed
- Shadowing. I watch a matter move end to end — intake, drafting, filing — and time the steps nobody times.
- Thu
- I write. Process map, time estimates, three automation candidates with costs against them.
- Fri
- I hand it over and run the training — built from what I saw in your office that week, not from a template.
Where this comes from
Machine learning, then law.
Four years as an ML engineer at Bosch — 3D object detection from ultrasonic sensors, graph neural networks for autonomous driving. Alongside it, seven years of law study in Budapest. Coursework complete, final exam outstanding. I’m not admitted in Australia and I’m not seeking admission — the degree is domain fluency, not a licence.
In the room where the standards get written.
Bosch delegated me to CEN-CENELEC JTC 21, the European committee drafting the logging standard behind the EU AI Act — the rules for recording what an AI system did so its behaviour can be reconstructed afterwards. I didn’t write the text. But I understand what it asks for, and why. An answer with no reasoning you can inspect isn’t much of an answer.
Three months at a desk in a law firm.
I spent three months embedded at a Budapest boutique firm working on exactly this — daily observation, daily recommendations, and by the end I was the associates’ first call for anything that touched a computer. The five-day audit is that same method, compressed, with something written at the end of it.
How I work
Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before I start.
No hourly billing. You know the number and the end date before day one.
No commissions, ever.
I’m not a reseller and I take nothing from any vendor. Independence is the whole product, so I’m paid by firms and only by firms.
Enterprise, not shadow.
Your people are probably already using these tools. The move isn’t to stop them — it’s to give them a governed firm account instead of a personal one. That jump is large, cheap, and the only one most firms need.
